Breast Cancer Awareness Month

So this month is Breast Cancer Awareness month and at work we're doing all sorts of things to celebrate and just honor the month I guess. Everyone's decorating their areas with whatever they want, we get to wear jeans tomorrow (tomorrow I guess is Jean day....so everyone wear jeans!!!), we're having lunch, and I don't remember what else. Anyways, I thought it would be fun to make a cake just to make one. One of the Nurse Practioners thinks I should make some breasts. I don't want to be disrespectful or anything because breast cancer is something that shouldn't be joked about. But I need everyone's help....

Should I do this cake??? (Again it's nothing disrespectful....)

Or should I just do this cake???? Please let me know what ya think!!!

Do the ribbon! Then you won't have to put a disclaimer up next to the cake. Besides, isn't the ribbon the symbol of Breast Cancer Awareness? Your cakes are awesome no matter what you do!
