I have had one good day of self control I think. I decided yesterday I wasn't going to drink soda pop anymore to see if that helps with energy, motivation etc. I don't drink a lot of soda but I've realized that I don't necessarily like the taste of it, it's just there more for comfort. I have a friend who hasn't had it for like a few years and either just drinks water or like lemonade so that's what I'm going to do. It also saves money when you go out to eat and just drink water.
We are also going to try doing Bountiful Baskets so that I will eat more fruits and vegetables. I think the hardest thing for me is going to be exercising. I just need to find something that I enjoy doing and actually doing it. We've talked about buying bikes and going riding around here so hopefully when it gets warmer we will start that.
I just know that I need to change my habits because I don't want to have any major health problems and I want to be able to look good and feel good for myself and for Robbie. So wish me luck on actually sticking to it and being successful. We have a deal with Robbie's sister that we will have lost a total of 30 pounds by the time she comes back up to ID in April so I gotta work extra hard.

Bah, Heath and I are in the same boat. We started doing P90X and our motivation is each other. We are trying to take it slow so we don't get burned out. My brother dropped soda and he lost a ton of weight. I need to too :) Good luck!
