Holiday Mint Pie
1 C crushed Grasshopper Fudge Mint Cookies
3 T Hot Water
1 6oz graham cracker crust
3oz Cream Cheese, softened
1/3C sugar
2T Milk
1/4t Peppermint exact
3 1/2C Cool Whip
Food Coloring
MIX cookies and hot water. Spoon into crust and spread to cover bottom.
BEAT cream cheese until smooth, gradually beat in sugar, milk and peppermint extract. Add cool whip. Add food coloring.
FILL pie crust.
CHILL 3 hours.
It's such an easy pie to make but so delicious!!!!
